The map of Seven eleven opening strategy with voronoi system

I analysed opening strategy of a popular convenience store chain 'Seven Eleven', which is a North-American enterprise originally but has achieved a great success in Japan as well. Through independent research of when and where chain stores opened and the order of openings in a specific area, I discovered that their success in the said area had to do with their distinguished partitioning strategy of selecting new store locations, which is related with Voronoi diagram. The piece is completed connecting this analysis to the population change of the area and yearly numbers of openings.
